Where is my salmon in papillote with catnip pesto? I’m waiting…
Service just ain’t what it used to be!
(Full disclosure: those pictures were taken in France but, guess what? I’m still waiting for my salmon in papillote with catnip pesto!)
P.S.: my human is once again going to one of these seminar thingies, so forgive me if I am a little slow to comment on your bloggies in the next few days.
Purrs!
the reason could be a variation of “Laissez-faire”…..Please tell me the name of the restaurant, maybe it is served now, I will eat it and tell you if it was good or not…
Well the restaurant I’m afraid is my human…
Don’t they know that cats simply won’t eat peaches as an appetizer?
I know!
Great pictures!
Thanks =^.^=
The menu sounded so good, shame. At least we got to see some lovely photos of your wait.
Awww thank you!
***purring***
You’re well-mannered and very patiently waiting for your order, Texas. The dish sounds yummy! *drools* :)
=^.^=
Maybe I should have made a scene?
That was funny BOL.. weee’s would likes to try Salmon in poiwhat!!! :)
Have a great day xx
I would like to try it too…
Hope you had a great day!
Oh Texas – I suppose that old saying about “good things come to those who wait” simply doesn’t apply when you’re waiting, waiting, waiting for that waiter to bring that salmon! Patience may be a virtue but it’s awfully tough to remember that when you’re hungry………. :D :D :D
Kitty Hugs, Sammy
Exactly!
Where is my salmon?!
;-)
So adorable! I hope you don’t mind; I posted this post to Pinterest.
I know, I am adorable =^.^=
Ono, I don’t mind at all!
Thanks Rumpy!
And for dessert… we’re adding you to our blogroll :-)
Ooooh la la! I’m so honored! Thank you!
***purring loudly***
Is there a recipe for that? I want my human to make it.
Human says she won’t share it.
Actually that’s not just the recipe she won’t share, she won’t share the actual dish either!
You mean that’s on the menu? And here we thought “Seafood Supper” was haute cuisine!
The problem is that it is only on the menu, never on the table!
Wow Texas, way to ROCK the spoiled cat life! You look so cute too. :)
purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrssssssssssssssss
Well Texas, the humans gotta do stuff to keep us in snacks, treats, nom noms, litter, toys…all that stuff. It’s OK if you don’t come by for a bit…I know you still are around and feeling OK..that’s most impawtant…paw pats, Savannah
=^.^=
Purrs
Sometimes humans are the worst servants. Kitten Thunder tells us every day, when we ask, that they want cheese and tuna for dinner. And then we DON’T GIVE THEM ANYTHING. Sheesh.
Oh! Humans!
If its humans serving, you could be waiting a really long time!
Sigh.
We hope you got your salmon by now. Otherwise, no tip for the waiter!!
No purrs for the waiter!
Man, must you have patience… don’t they know you’re getting more hungry of waiting:)
I know! They keep me waiting and waiting and waiting…
That’s a really long wait – you are very patient!!
I am for sure ;-)
Hi Texas….I wanted to stop by this morning to tell you I nominated you for a brand new blog award – come visit my blog today and see! http://onespoiledcat.wordpress.com/2012/07/30/happy-meownday/
Kitty Hugs, Your Friend Sammy
Awwww thank you Dear Sammy my furriend!
Purrs!
Oh, no! Sweet Texas, that just is too long for you to have to wait for your order. We sure hope you get served very soon. You are sure sitting nice and patient while waiting so long so that should get you extra treats. Hugs and nose kisses
SERIOUSLY! And…and…we just bet they never bring you anything back when THEY go out either, do they, hmm????
That look of yours in the second photo says it all!
Well, didn’t help speed up the service :-/
