First things first:
My brother Texas was interviewed at Peace, Love and Whiskers. Click here to read the interview;
Have you seen the review we & the human have done of the book “The Life and Love of Cats”? Click here to go there.
Now, for serious Ladycat stuff…
Like I was explaining to Milou some time ago, it is impawtant to do some exercising to have a pawsome body (like mine).
Exclusively for you, here is my exercise routine. Remember to yawn and nap after each training session.
See this firm, though fluffy, tummy? You have my secret now!
We’ve seen yoga for kittens, this look a totally appropriate workout for a lady cat!

My cat Sophie is a total lady cat. She just lies around looking beautiful all the time and finds us dogs disgusting! She has long pretty fur and she is very pretty.
Oh the results of your daily exercises are dazzling. I will do those same ones too and let you know how I am doing. You look ravishing!
how lovelies! and you make it look so easy…keep up teh firm but fluffy work.
It is a lovely tummy and those pictures make me smile.. :)
Is that something that I can do with a missing leg? Will it still be safe? – Crepes.
Must go off and do a bit of DOGA myself. Have a fabulous Friday.
Best wishes Molly
You are so pretty and amazing! You could lead a six pack abs class for kitties. One crunch, then nap…second crunch and another nap and so on.
Oh, my goodness, that looks like very advanced Yoga to us! We can only hope to achieve your level of ability, and we’ll need many years of practice.
Great pointers! Laila can’t wait to get started!
You look always very, very ladylike Kitshka… for me you are a wonderful ladycat :o)
kitshka…you are beauty grace and elegance rolled into one…FABulous….thanx mew for sharing your tips, I do so hope your mom has gotten you a 360 degree mirror so you can view your FABulous self from all angles…I have one and they are divine…enjoy your weekend and hi to the boys
hugs girl from dai$y =^..*=
Bravo Kitshka !

Ohhhhhh. You’re so kind to share your secret routine with us! Meow-Me’s off to give it a try immediately!
Kitshka You show off purrfect form in your exercise routine. Mom says I need to do that for my abs!!
Mom says to definitely look into the slippery elm for Milou. She can only feed me one brand of food. She has tried to change my food and when she did I got very sick (and it was BETTER food), so she put me right back on the meow mix which I love and doesn’t make me sick. But she mixes a broth from the slippery elm, a tsp of pumpkin and a tsp or so of organic milled flax seeds. Partly to keep my system flushing itself out. (Last year I had to go to the Vet to get him to flush me out and Mom said never again and this concoction works.) But the other part is to keep my tummy settled. If anyone has IBD try the slippery elm, even hooman, and it should help.
We hope it can help Milou too, but check with your Vet just in case. But so far nothing we’ve ever read on it said there was any harmful side effects which is a big YAYHOO for mom!
OMC how stretchfull you are Kitshka… lol :D
That was an awesome exercise lesson, Kitshka! More kitties should follow your example.
oh Kitshka! Your moves would make a Yoga master cry they are so pawsome!!
Wow, Kitshka, those are some great moves! :)
Thank you for stopping by with such kind and thoughtful comments when it was time for our Sammy to leave for the Bridge. Your words, and friendship, are such a comfort to us at this sad time.
Is your mom going to BlogPaws?
Yes, my human is going. Will she have the opportunity to see you there too?
I am jealous!
Purrs
I’ll be sure to share these with my own cats Luna and Loki. Especially Loki who could use a little trimming around the midsection to be a proper gentlemanly shape.
Kitshka, you got some good moves there…but we have to say, you’re already beautiful!
Hi Texas,Thanks for following me,you look like you’re a fun loving Kitty…hehe nothing having lots of fun,xx Speedy

If I did this stuff, do you think I could become a beautiful LadyCat?
So happy to hear Milou is doing better! Purrs.
Kitshka, you’re already beautiful! But I love your exercise routine. Purdey has one too. As you say, it’s important to nap afterwards, and don’t strain!
Bravo! My sisters might try that when the wake up!
