Now, for serious Ladycat stuff…

Like I was explaining to Milou some time ago, it is impawtant to do some exercising to have a pawsome body (like mine).

Exclusively for you, here is my exercise routine. Remember to yawn and nap after each training session.

See this firm, though fluffy, tummy? You have my secret now!

  1. Oh Kitshka you’ve got those stretches down girl! You are on your way to becoming one sleek and beautiful grown up kitty!

  2. My cat Sophie is a total lady cat. She just lies around looking beautiful all the time and finds us dogs disgusting! She has long pretty fur and she is very pretty.

  3. Oh the results of your daily exercises are dazzling. I will do those same ones too and let you know how I am doing. You look ravishing!

  4. You are so pretty and amazing! You could lead a six pack abs class for kitties. One crunch, then nap…second crunch and another nap and so on.

  5. kitshka…you are beauty grace and elegance rolled into one…FABulous….thanx mew for sharing your tips, I do so hope your mom has gotten you a 360 degree mirror so you can view your FABulous self from all angles…I have one and they are divine…enjoy your weekend and hi to the boys

    Hisia.

  7. Kitshka You show off purrfect form in your exercise routine. Mom says I need to do that for my abs!!

Mom says to definitely look into the slippery elm for Milou. She can only feed me one brand of food. She has tried to change my food and when she did I got very sick (and it was BETTER food), so she put me right back on the meow mix which I love and doesn’t make me sick. But she mixes a broth from the slippery elm, a tsp of pumpkin and a tsp or so of organic milled flax seeds. Partly to keep my system flushing itself out. (Last year I had to go to the Vet to get him to flush me out and Mom said never again and this concoction works.) But the other part is to keep my tummy settled. If anyone has IBD try the slippery elm, even hooman, and it should help.

We hope it can help Milou too, but check with your Vet just in case. But so far nothing we’ve ever read on it said there was any harmful side effects which is a big YAYHOO for mom!

  8. Wow, Kitshka, those are some great moves! :)

Thank you for stopping by with such kind and thoughtful comments when it was time for our Sammy to leave for the Bridge. Your words, and friendship, are such a comfort to us at this sad time.

Is your mom going to BlogPaws?

  9. I’ll be sure to share these with my own cats Luna and Loki. Especially Loki who could use a little trimming around the midsection to be a proper gentlemanly shape.

  10. Kitshka, you’re already beautiful! But I love your exercise routine. Purdey has one too. As you say, it’s important to nap afterwards, and don’t strain!
