Happy Cinco de Mayo!

So, we are late for our giveaway again. Everything’s here and ready but the human wanted to translate something from French to put on my bloggie and hasn’t already. Hmpf. So we will post it tomorrow.

In the meantime, today is Cinco de Mayo! Happy Cinco de Mayo! We know this is a celebration of a Mexican victory against the French, but we really don’t care that much ;-)

And to prove it to you, I’ll have my favorite mojito again!

    Thank you for your comments on MMM’s problems. We were probably jumping the gun, and need to give her more time on her meds. Unfortunately, even a hug would scare her too. Life is hard when there are so many scary things in it. Its really sad.

  23. Hmmm looks exciting! Will need to come back tomorrow :) I was buffing up on my Cinco de Mayo history and it turns out the French actually went on to take Mexico City like they had planned, even after losing that one battle lol. I guess victory was short-lived anyways.
